DS1110LE-50+ Overview


Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. In applications requiring insulating hardware, the 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is able to eliminate the need for this. Providing reliable performance requires a voltage supply of 2.7V~3.6V. As a mounting technique, Surface Mount has been used. The device has been configured with 10 taps and steps. The use of multiple related parts with the same base part number DS1110L is universally preferred for a wide variety of applications. DUAL is the position of the terminals. For unique configurations, it is equipped with 14 terminations. When operating, 3.3V receives a supply voltage. As a logic type, it uses SILICON DELAY LINE. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it is developed. A minimum supply voltage of 2.7V is acceptable for its operation. Providing a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V is acceptable. To maintain optimal operation, the maximum operating temperature should be 85°C. As a rule, the minimum operating temperature should be kept at -40°C in order to ensure optimal performance.
