DS1110S-150 Overview
It is packaged using Tube for cost-effectiveness. Using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. As a result of the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, reliable performance is possible. This type of mounting is based on the Surface Mount technique. There is an operating temperature of -40°C~85°C. The device has been configured with 10 taps and steps. There are numerous related parts with the same base part number DS1110 that are universally preferred by a wide range of applications.
