DS1110S-150 Overview


It is packaged using Tube for cost-effectiveness. Using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. As a result of the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, reliable performance is possible. This type of mounting is based on the Surface Mount technique. There is an operating temperature of -40°C~85°C. The device has been configured with 10 taps and steps. There are numerous related parts with the same base part number DS1110 that are universally preferred by a wide range of applications. There are two terminals at DUAL. As part of its unique configuration, it is equipped with 16 terminations. In order to operate, a voltage supply of 5V is provided. There is a logic type SILICON DELAY LINE used in it. A state-of-the-art CMOS technology is used in its development. The subcategory Delay Lines provides all the benefits of the subcategory.
