DS1110S-200 Overview


A cost-effective package is used by using Tube. Using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. This type of mounting is based on the Surface Mount technique. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of -40°C~85°C.
