DS1110S-300 Overview


The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tube. In applications requiring additional insulation, the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package can be used instead. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. It is mounted using the Surface Mount technique. The operating temperature of this unit is -40°C~85°C. Taps and steps are configured with 10. There are numerous related parts with the same base part number DS1110 that are universally preferred by a wide range of applications. The terminals are placed at DUAL. The terminations are provided with 16 for a unique configuration. In order to operate, a voltage supply of 5V is provided.
