ERT-J1VA330H Overview


A NTC thermistor comes in a Tape & Reel (TR) package. In order to make it more convenient, it has been included in the package 0603 (1608 Metric). When using NTC thermistors, the resistance tolerance must be ±3%. The temperature of NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C in order to ensure reliable performance. There are 2 terminations on these NTC thermistors. To ensure that NTC thermistors work properly, their 2 pins must be connected. As a result, the NTC thermistors set a maximum power of 100mW. Power dissipation of 0.1W can be absorbed by the electronic component.
