It is common to find NTC thermistors packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). It is included in the 0603 (1608 Metric) package for your convenience. For NTC thermistors to function, they must have a resistance tolerance of ±5%. In order to ensure reliable performance, NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~125°C. An NTC thermistor has a total of 2 terminations. To ensure that NTC thermistors work properly, their 2 pins must be connected. There is an electronic component that can absorb a power dissipation of 0.1W. The maximum power dissipation of NTC thermistors is 100mW.
