Typically, NTC thermistors are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package. 0603 (1608 Metric) includes it for your convenience. A NTC thermistor's resistance tolerance is ±2% in order to work. The temperature setting of NTC thermistors should be set to -40°C~150°C for reliable performance. With a maximum operating temperature of 150°C, NTC thermistors operate reliably. In order to ensure reliability, NTC thermistors can be operated at a minimum temperature of -40°C. It's 100mW power that the NTC thermistors can put out. Temperature sensors are capable of dissipating a maximum of 100mW of power.
