Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tape & Reel (TR). With the 6-WFDFN Exposed Pad package, additional insulation hardware is no longer required. Providing reliable performance requires a voltage supply of 2.25V~5.5V. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. A temperature range of 0°C~70°C is available.
