For cost-effective packaging, Tape & Reel (TR) is used. By using the 28-LCC (J-Lead) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. The supply voltage of 4.2V~5.7V ensures reliable performance. The technique of Surface Mount is employed as its mounting type. The device features an operating temperature of 0°C~85°C. As configured, it has taps and steps of 128. At QUAD, the terminals are located. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 28 termination. In order to operate, a voltage supply of 5V is provided. ACTIVE DELAY LINE is used as its logic type. Developed on the basis of advanced ECL technology. It can be operated with a supply voltage of 4.2V as a minimum. If the maximum supply voltage is 5.7V, it is acceptable for it to operate. The 10E family contains a significant amount of 10E. Its NECL MODE: VCC=0 WITH VEE=-4.2 V TO -5.7 V coupled with other specific characteristics make it suitable for a variety of applications.
