NCP15WB473F03RC Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) is the package size of NTC thermistors. As a convenience, it is included in the package 0402 (1005 Metric). For NTC thermistors to function, they must have a resistance tolerance of ±1%. A temperature setting of -40°C~125°C is required to ensure reliable performance of NTC thermistors. Having a total of 2 terminations, these NTC thermistors are comprised of a single NTC. It is necessary to connect the 2 pins of the NTC thermistors in order for them to function properly. 0.1W power can be dissipated by the electronic component. There is a maximum power dissipation of 100mW during the operation of NTC thermistors. If the thermistors are operated at 140μA, the fuse element will not deteriorate too much.
