NCP18XW223J03RB Overview
It is common to find NTC thermistors packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). In order to make it more convenient, it has been included in the package 0603 (1608 Metric). The resistance tolerance of NTC thermistors is ±5%. Set NTC thermistors to -40°C~125°C for reliable performance. It is noted that these NTC thermistors have a total of 2 terminations. The NTC thermistors will not function properly unless the 2 pins are connected. A component of the electronic system is capable of absorbing power dissipation of 0.1W. NTC thermistors have a maximum power dissipation of 100mW. As long as the fuse element remains intact, the maximum current of the NTC thermistors can be 210μA.
