PDB-C503-ST Overview
The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-46 packages. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 100V. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 100V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 65pA current even if no light is provided.
