PTFT0603L1000JV Overview
PTC thermistors are packaged in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages to ensure their protection. The PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety reasons. For PTC thermistors, -55°C is the minimum operating temperature. In order for this thermistor to function properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 125°C. Ideally, the thermistor's maximum capability to transfer and conduct this power loss would be 75mW.
