TFPT0603L4700FM Overview
A 0603 (1608 Metric) package is used to protect the PTC thermistors from damage. PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) as a safety measure. For PTC thermistors, the minimum operating temperature should be -55°C. If this thermistor is to work correctly, it must operate at 125°C. A thermistor with 2 pins is available. A thermistor's maximum capacity to transfer and conduct power loss is 75mW. When it is operational, the thermistor should be able to supply 30V voltage.
