TFPT0603L6800FM Overview
For protection, PTC thermistors are contained in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages. Packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety, these PTC thermistors are designed to perform at high temperatures. It is recommended that the minimum operating temperature for the PTC thermistors be set to -55°C. In order for this thermistor to work properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 125°C. It is recommended that the thermistor's maximum power loss-transfer capability be set to 75mW in order to prevent overheating.
