TFPT0805L1001JM Overview
The PTC thermistors are put into 0805 (2012 Metric) packages to protect the devices from damage. PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) as a safety measure. Set the PTC thermistors to -55°C for a minimum operating temperature. This thermistor must not operate above 150°C in order for it to work. This thermistor has 2 pins. As a result, when the PTC thermistors are operating, they could supply a voltage of 40V. The maximum capacity of a thermistor to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating should be 100mW. In theory, this thermistor should be capable of supplying 40V when it is working. As for the DC circuit, these thermistors are rated for 40V.
