PTC thermistors are packaged in 0805 (2012 Metric) packages to prevent damage. To ensure safety, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). In order to operate the PTC thermistors correctly, the minimum operating temperature should be set to -55°C. It is important that the operation temperature of this thermistor does not exceed 150°C. A thermistor has a pin count of 2. As they operate, the PTC thermistors supply a voltage of 40V. The maximum capacity of a thermistor to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating should be 100mW. Whenever this thermistor works, it can supply 40V voltage.
