PTC thermistors are packaged in 0805 (2012 Metric) packages to ensure their protection. Packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety, these PTC thermistors are designed to perform at high temperatures. Ensure that the PTC thermistors are set to -55°C as their minimum operating temperature. Ensure that this thermistor does not operate at a temperature above 150°C for it to work properly. A thermistor with 2 pins is available. It is expected that the thermistor's maximum capability to transfer and conduct this power loss will be 100mW.
