TFPT0805L5600FM Overview
PTC thermistors are packaged in 0805 (2012 Metric) packages to ensure their protection. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used for the safety of these PTC thermistors. Setting the minimum operating temperature of PTC thermistors to -55°C is recommended. A thermistor must not operate at temperatures exceeding 150°C in order for it to function properly. The thermistor consists of 2 pins. There should be a maximum capability for the thermistor to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating.
