To prevent damage to the devices, PTC thermistors are packaged in 1206 (3216 Metric) packages. For safety reasons, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). For PTC thermistors, -55°C is the minimum operating temperature. There must be no temperature above 150°C for this thermistor to function. There should be no overheating when the thermistor's maximum capacity is 125mW.
