TFPTL15L2200FL2B Overview
PTC thermistors are packaged in Radial packages to ensure their protection. Packaged in the Bulk for safety, these PTC thermistors are designed to perform at high temperatures. Setting the minimum operating temperature of PTC thermistors to -55°C is recommended. A thermistor must not operate at temperatures exceeding 70°C in order for it to function properly. The thermistor has a maximum of 2 pins. When the PTC thermistors are in operation, they can supply voltage of 40V. It is expected that the thermistor's maximum capability to transfer and conduct this power loss will be 100mW. It is recommended that the thermistor supply voltage be kept at 40V for reliable performance.
